Plano West Senior Reserved Parking Spaces
Plano West Seniors!!! The PTSA is NOW offering Plano West seniors a RESERVED parking space at Plano West! Students who wish to purchase a reserved space will be allowed to customize their space to reflect their school spirit and their personality with water based paint! Go WOLVES!
A limited number of reserved spaces will be available in Lots A and G for $100 each, in addition to the $75 PISD parking permit. Students may purchase their spaces on a first come, first served basis via Plano West Wolf Den Membership Toolkit, beginning July 26th @ 12:01am. Senior students must also be a Plano West Wolf Den PTSA member, and any car parked in the reserved space must also have a valid PISD Parking Permit displayed on the front windshield. A student PTSA membership can be purchased on our PTSA Toolkit. PTSA memberships are $18 for one parent or $31 for two parents. A student membership is $13, and requires at least one parent to join the PTSA as well. Your membership dues and this Reserved Parking Space fundraiser will support all the many events and programs that the Wolf Den PTSA supports every year. The toolkit is now open to purchase PTSA Memberships and pencil bags.
The Senior Reserved Painting Parking Spaces will be available for purchase on our toolkit at 12:01am on July 26th. To purchase your reserved Senior Reserved Painted Parking Space, log into your account at www.wolfdenptsa.org and select Senior Reserved Painted Parking Space. You will then be able to select either Lot A or Lot G. Exact spaces will be assigned in order of purchase. Payment for the Senior Reserved Painted Parked Space is made via PayPal.
PISD Parking Permits are available online via PISD’s Parent Portal and on campus during Plano West Orientation/Walk About Day on August 6th. You will be advised of your parking space number when your parking permit is picked up on this day.
Once a Reserved Parking Space has been purchased, a contract will be emailed to your parent. The design of your space must be submitted to Mr. Talbot, Assistant Principal, either by dropping off at Plano West – Artic Sub School, or by scanning and emailing your design to Mr. Talbot at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than August 5th. The contract must be completed, signed and returned on July 30th before parking space is assigned. Questions? Please email email@example.com.
We highly encourage you to show your school spirit! You will only have one day to paint your space – so plan accordingly! To avoid the heat of the day, students may paint their spaces between 7am- 11:00am, and 5pm-dusk on August 10th. In the event of rain, Paint Day will be postponed to the following Saturday. You are not required to paint a design on your reserved space. Specific information about paint day will be provided upon purchase of space.
