Class of 2025 Plano West Senior Reserved Parking Spaces

 

Attention Plano West Seniors!!! The Wolf Den PTSA is offering our SENIORS a RESERVED parking space at Plano West! Students who wish to purchase a reserved space will be allowed to customize their space to reflect their school spirit and personality! Go WOLVES!

 

 

HOW TO FIND RESERVED PARKING SPOT ORDER FORM ON 7/22/24 @ NOON

 

SENIOR PARKING SPOT Fees:

  1. $15.00 Required Senior Student PTSA Membership paid to Plano West PTSA 
  2. $75.00 Plano West Parking Permit Fee paid to PISD RYCOR (Timing TBD) *mandatory for all students who park on campus*
  3. $125.00 Parking Space Fee paid to Plano West PTSA 

 

SENIOR PARKING SPOT Instructions:

  1. Purchase the Senior Student PTSA Membership 
  2. Purchase your PISD Plano West Parking Permit on RYCOR (Timing TBD)
  3. Purchase a Reserved Senior Parking Space 
    • Sales form open from July 22, 2024 at noon through July 26, 2024 at midnight or when spots are sold out, whichever comes first
    • A limited number of reserved spaces will be available in Lot A, Lot G and the SAC lot!  Please select your lot preference when purchasing the student parking space. See Parking Lot Map for reference.
    • Review Important Parking Spot Design Guidelines to plan your design before submission.
  4. Submit signed contract and design for review by Plano West Admin. (see timeline below) Please note that Plano West Admin must approve all designs.  Those with designs that need to be changed / fixed will be contacted as soon as we are made aware so design modifications can be resubmitted for review.   
  5. Receive Spot assignment email (see timeline below) if all criteria are met (Purchased Senior Parking Spot, Senior Student PTSA Membership, PISD Parking Permit, Signed Contract, Approved Design)  
  6. Paint your spot! We highly encourage you to show your school spirit! Students will have several opportunities to paint their spaces between 7:00 - 11:00am, and 5:00pm-dusk on our designated paint days. You are not required to paint a design on your reserved space. Specific information about paint day will be provided upon assignment of space.  

 

SENIOR PARKING TIMELINE:

  • July 8, 2024 - Senior Student Membership sales open REQUIRED! *No refunds*
  • July 22, 2024 - Senior Parking sales open at 12:00pm (noon) - must be a member first! *No refunds*
  • TBD - Purchase Parking Permit through RYCOR *mandatory*
  • July 29, 2024 - Email with contracts, rules, and Design Guidelines and how to submit will go out
  • August 3, 2024 - Signed contracts and designs due 
  • August 7, 2024 - Parking Lot & Space Number Assignments will be emailed to all students whose contracts and designs have been approved and parking permits have been confirmed as purchased, along with final instructions for Paint Days.
  • August 10 - August 11, 2024 - PAINT DAYS!  Students will need to begin with painting over last year’s design before painting their new design. Painting Days: Saturday, August 10 – Sunday, August 11 from 7:00am – 11am or 5:00pm – dusk based on assigned times (Odd spaces – AM on Saturday & PM on Sunday; Even spaces – PM on Saturday & AM on Sunday). 
  • August 17 - August 18, 2024 - Senior Parking Paint Day Rain Out/Make-Up Date

 

Your membership dues and this Reserved Parking Space fundraiser will support the many events and programs that the Wolf Den PTSA supports every year.
