2026 Community Service Scholarship

The Plano West Wolf Den PTSA Community Service Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors who have demonstrated a strong commitment to serving their community through volunteer work and leadership. This scholarship supports students as they pursue higher education and continue making a positive impact.

Eligibility

Must be a current senior at Plano West Senior High School
Must be graduating in May 2026
Has demonstrated outstanding contributions in community service

Application Requirements

To be considered, applicants must submit:

A completed application form (click here for the form)
A typed essay (approximately 500 words)
A completed community service log (9th–12th grade)

Essay Guidelines

Do not include your name or personal identifying information
Describe how community service has impacted or changed you
Share what you would tell others your age about the value of community service

Award Details

Multiple scholarships will be awarded in varying amounts, with a minimum award of $500. Scholarship funds will be issued directly to the college or university the student will attend and applied toward tuition.

Important Dates

Application Deadline: March 26, 2026
Notification of Award: April 20, 2026 (via email)
Scholarship Award Ceremony: April 2026 (during Senior Awards)
