RESERVED SENIOR PARKING RULES:
Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in forfeit of your space without a refund. Prohibited items will be painted over at the discretion of Administration. Disciplinary action may be taken, and you may forfeit your right to a parking space with no refund. At any time during the year, Administration reserves the right to remove the Senior Parking Space Painting if any violation occurs.
- Don't paint unless you are certain it is your spot. Read the stenciled number that starts with a W (West Lot), G (G Lot) or S (SAC Lot) located at the bottom of your spot.
- You will need to clean (scrape, sweep) and prime your spot. Plano West Choir Booster Club will prime your spot BEFORE your scheduled painting day for a nominal fee. If you prefer to prime your own spot, plan your time accordingly so the primer can dry before beginning your design.
- Be courteous to your neighbors and to school property - don't get your paint and supplies outside of your area. This includes not walking on neighboring spots that are still drying.
- Do NOT paint over the stenciled numbers at the bottom of your spot! The contract specifies that you are to leave a 4-inch border around your design and not paint all the way to the lines.
- All reserved parking spaces sold by the PTSA are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Only those students who purchased a space via the PTSA will be given a reserved parking space to paint and use for this school year. Students found in violation of this policy will have their reserved parking space revoked and vehicles will be subject to towing.
- Be courteous and polite to PTSA Volunteers and Plano West Staff. The right to purchase a Plano West Reserved Senior Parking Spots is made available as a privilege, not because it is a requirement. Demand greatly exceeds supply. Everyone is doing their very best to be fair to all involved. Seniors who are not able to purchase a reserved Senior Parking spot will still be able park in any non-reserved parking spot according to the Plano West parking guidelines. Seniors may also put their name on a Waitlist to see if any reserved parking spots become available due to any unforeseen circumstances.
- Parking designs must comply with all PISD Code of Conduct and all local laws including, but not limited to:
- No reflective paint, spray paint, or fluorescent paint
- No gang-style tagging
- No offensive language, pictures, or symbols

- All paint, supplies, and clean-up are the responsibility of the student.
- You must take all of your paint supplies with you anytime you leave the lot. You could be held responsible if you leave a can of paint that gets splattered on someone's car.
