RESERVED SENIOR PARKING SPOT Instructions:

1. Purchase the Senior Student PTSA Membership 
2. Purchase your PISD Plano West Parking Permit on RYCOR (*availability in mid to late July - must have a valid Driver's License to complete this requirement.  Learner's Permits will not suffice.)
3. Find Reserved Senior Parking Spot Form (LINK WILL GO LIVE 7/21/26 at 7am)
4. Purchase a Reserved Senior Parking Space 
5. Submit signed contract and design for review by Plano West Admin. Please note that Plano West Admin must approve all designs.  Those with designs that need to be changed / fixed will be contacted as soon as we are made aware so design modifications can be resubmitted for review.   
6. Receive Spot assignment email if all criteria are met (Purchased Senior Parking Spot, Senior Student PTSA Membership, PISD Parking Permit, Signed Contract, Approved Design)  
7. Paint your spot! We highly encourage you to show your school spirit! Students will have several opportunities to paint their spaces between 7:00-11:00 am, and 5:00pm-dusk on our designated paint days. You are not required to paint a design on your reserved space. Specific information about paint day will be provided upon assignment of space.   

WHAT TO DO IF SOMEONE PARKS IN YOUR RESERVED SENIOR PARKING SPOT:

Unauthorized Parking Policy

If a vehicle is parked in a spot not assigned to them, please take a photo of the license plate and/or student parking permit number and report it to the SUB Office.

• Students with a valid PW parking permit will receive one warning and be asked to move their vehicle immediately.

• Students without a PW parking permit will be towed immediately.

• On a second offense, students with a PW parking permit will also be towed.
