After Prom Party - Class of 2026

 

We are looking for volunteers to help with this year's After Prom Party at Pinstack! The party is hosted by Plano West PTSA, and features free food, drinks, and entertainment for our seniors and one guest in a fun and safe environment after Prom concludes. Plus, we will have plenty of prize giveaways!

 

To make this celebration a success, we’re looking for volunteers to help with check in, chaperoning, the prize room, and more.

 

Volunteers will be needed in 2 shifts:

  • Shift 1: Saturday, April 25 from 11:45 p.m. until Sunday, April 26 at 2:15 a.m.
  • Shift 2: Sunday, April 26 from 1:45-4:15 a.m.

Reminder! An approved 25-26 PISD background check from VOLY is required for all volunteers. You don't need to be a Plano West PTSA member to volunteer with us, but you do need your background check on file with the school office so don't delay!

Greet students at the door, monitor entry, and help enforce no re-entry policy. This position would be great for Dads!
