Before you make any purchases, please update your contact information here, including your student's graduation year and 26-27 grade level. PWSH PTSA Calling the Pack_Aug2026_rev2

Get Ready for Calling the Pack!

Mark your calendars for Calling the Pack on Thursday, August 6! Seniors will attend from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and Juniors will attend from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

During Calling the Pack, your student can

Walk their schedule (schedule release date/time is TBD)
Pick up their student ID badge
Pick up 26-27 Plano West parking tags (please provide license, insurance, and license plate number)
Explore Plano West clubs in the Cafeteria
Enjoy snacks for purchase in the Courtyard (all payment forms accepted)

Plus, stop by the Wolf Den PTSA table in the Cafeteria and pick up your new 26-27 Blue Nation t-shirt! All 26-27 Plano West students, regardless of membership status or grade level, are eligible to receive a free Blue Nation shirt, which is separate from a purchased student membership.

Bonus! If you have a senior who is a 26-27 PTSA member, have them pick up their complimentary Class of 2027 yard sign. Not a member? Join the Plano West PTSA on the spot!

Calling the Pack Volunteers Needed!

Come join Plano West PTSA at our first volunteer opportunity of the school year! We are looking for Calling the Pack volunteers on Thursday, August 6 during both the Seniors and Juniors schedule walk times.

We have 2 time slots available:

Seniors: Volunteers needed 12:45-3 pm
Juniors: Volunteers needed 2:45-5 pm

PWSH Parking Permits_Aug2026

Purchase Your Parking Permit Today Through Rycor!

A 2026-2027 Plano West parking permit is required for any student parking on campus. Students may park in student lots (not in staff or visitor parking).

Cost: $75 for the entire school year (August–May)
Purchase: Parking permits are available through Rycor
Required Form: Complete the 2026–2027 Plano West Parking Agreement before picking up your permit

Permit Pickup Options

Thursday, August 6: Pick up your permit during Calling the Pack
After August 6: Permits may be picked up in the Arctic Sub-School Office (Student Services Office)

When picking up your permit, please bring:

Your Rycor purchase receipt
Your valid driver's license

Important! Beginning on the first day of school, all students parking on campus—including those who have already purchased a senior parking spot—must display a valid parking permit.

Reserved Senior Parking Spots Are Officially Sold Out!

Reserved Spots are SOLD OUT! If you were not able to reserve a spot, your senior is still able to park in the Plano West non-reserved student lots with a valid Plano West 26-27 parking permit issued by Rycor.

Your student can purchase and pick up their Plano West 26-27 parking permit during Calling the Pack with proper paperwork (verification of license, insurance, and vehicle information/plate number). Rycor is managed through Plano ISD and should be open in late July/early August.
