Before you make any purchases, please update your contact information here, including your student's 26-27 grade level. Make sure that your student is listed as "active" for 26-27. Otherwise, our system will not present an option for you to purchase a student membership.

Get Ready for Calling the Pack!

Mark your calendars for Calling the Pack on Thursday, August 6! Seniors will attend from 1:00-3:00 p.m. and Juniors will attend from 3:00-5:00 p.m.

During Calling the Pack, your student can

Walk their schedule (schedule release date/time is TBD)
Pick up 26-27 Plano West parking tags
Take 26-27 ID pictures and pick up badge (Juniors Only)
Pick up ID badge (Seniors Only)
Explore Plano West clubs in the Cafeteria
Enjoy snacks for purchase in the Courtyard (all payment forms accepted)

‼️ Plus, stop by the Wolf Den PTSA table in the Cafeteria and pick up your new 26-27 Blue Nation t-shirt!

Bonus! If you have a senior who is a 26-27 PTSA member, have them pick up their complimentary Class of 2027 yard sign. Not a member? Join the Plano West PTSA on the spot!

Come Volunteer with Plano West PTSA!

Volunteering at Plano West is a great way to give back to our school community while supporting our school staff. You may even make a new friend or two!

Want to volunteer, but not sure how to get started? Complete the 2026-2027 Plano West PTSA Volunteer Interests Form to let us know where you'd like to help.

‼️ As a reminder, all PTSA and Plano West volunteers must renew their PISD background checks each school year through the VOLY Plano ISD volunteer management system when it reopens in late July.

Although this school year is just getting started, get ahead of all the May activities and donate a Staff Casserole today! Plano West PTSA is hosting our Annual Staff Casserole Day in May 2027, and we would love to have your support!

Our Annual Staff Casserole Day is a day where we can show our appreciation to the Plano West faculty and staff by providing them with an easy, pre-made meal that they can take home to enjoy with their families--just heat, serve, and enjoy!

Reserved Senior Parking Spots Go On Sale July 21!

Reserved senior parking spots for the Class of 2027 will be available for purchase on Tuesday, July 21 at 7:00 a.m.

In order for seniors to be eligible for a reserved parking spot, they must meet each of these requirements:

1️⃣ Be a 26-27 Plano West PTSA Student Member

2️⃣ Have a valid Driver's License (not a Learner's Permit)

3️⃣ Purchase a 26-27 Plano West parking permit (through Rycor when it opens in late July/early August)
