Purchasing a Student Membership?

If you're planning to purchase a student membership for your student this year, it's important that you follow these steps before making a purchase. Otherwise, our system will not present an option for you to purchase a student membership. 

1. Update your contact information for 26-27 on the Parent Form here. This form is named "Membership Step 1 - Primary Information". Please double-check your information even if nothing has changed.
2. Update your student's listed grade level for 26-27 on the Student Form here. This form is named "Step 1 - Student Information".
3. Update your student's graduation year. This needs to be 2027 or 2028 unless you're adding a future Wolf or you have PWSH alumni students. If your student has "Alumni" or "future Wolf" listed in their Graduation Year or 26-27 Grade fields, our system will not recognize the student as "Active". Only Active students have the option to purchase a membership.
4. After updating this information, close the Adult/Student Membership form.
5. Reopen the form and review your student's information. If you have updated it for 26-27, the Adult/Student Membership form should be refreshed and you should see fields with dollar amounts. Student memberships are $16 each.

All 26-27 Plano West students, regardless of membership status or grade level, are eligible to receive a free Blue Nation shirt, which is separate from a purchased student membership.
