Schoolinks: Streamlining

Schoolinks is a platform that helps students explore college and career readiness. At Plano West Senior High School, it's an important tool for the college admission process. All students have access to it through an app linked to their Webdesk. With Schoolinks, students can request transcripts, teacher recommendation letters, and keep track of other important parts of the college admission process. This program has replaced Naviance. Questions, Compliments or Concerns?

Plano ISD welcomes the partnership of families in educating children. As questions arise, parents are encouraged to reach out to their child’s teacher or campus administrator.

The Resolving Complaints & Concerns webpage provides details on how to get your questions answered, provide feedback or resolve concerns in the shortest amount of time possible. In order to expedite resolving your concerns, the Plano ISD encourages students and families to communicate with the appropriate teacher, principal or other campus administrator who has the authority to address the concerns.

Issues should be expressed as soon as possible to allow early resolution at the closest possible administrative level. Individuals who have not followed this communication protocol will be directed to the appropriate step based on the circumstances, which may prolong the resolution process.

Volunteers and Visitors Need to Show Their ID for Each Visit

The Plano West front office is requiring each visitor to now show their driver’s license or other official identification for each visit before gaining entry. This is a new policy as passed down from the district. Any questions, please contact the school directly or review the PISD webpage for more information at: https://www.pisd.edu/Page/1009
